We develop individualized, person-centered services based on each participant’s goals, preferences, strengths, and behavioral support needs, in alignment with their Individual Program Plan (IPP). Guided by HCBS principles and positive behavioral support practices, we promote choice, independence, skill development, and meaningful outcomes through individualized supports and activities that encourage successful community integration.

We support participants in building foundational work skills that promote readiness for competitive integrated employment. Services focus on areas such as task completion, time management, workplace behavior, communication, and responsibility, while offering structured opportunities that encourage growth, independence, and future vocational success.

We support participants in developing positive social skills, appropriate behaviors, and meaningful relationships through structured and natural interactions. Using individualized positive behavioral support strategies, we strengthen communication, social engagement, and healthy connections with peers and community members while promoting inclusion, confidence, and independence.

We provide meaningful, community-based experiences that promote inclusion, independence, positive behavior, and real-world skill development. Guided by HCBS principles and individualized behavioral support strategies, participants engage in everyday community activities, build meaningful connections, access public resources, and develop the skills needed for greater independence and successful community participation.

We provide individualized training in daily living skills, incorporating positive behavioral support to promote greater independence at home and in the community. Services focus on practical skills such as personal care, meal preparation, money management, safety, and positive decision-making, helping participants build confidence, strengthen independence, and achieve meaningful real-life outcomes.

We promote overall well-being through individualized supports that encourage healthy routines, positive behaviors, safety awareness, and self-care skills. Using person-centered and positive behavioral strategies, we support personal health practices, community and environmental safety, and wellness education to strengthen independence, informed decision-making, and safe participation in daily life.
We empower participants to understand and exercise their rights, make informed choices, and effectively communicate their needs and preferences. Through person-centered services and positive behavioral support, individuals strengthen self-advocacy, communication, and decision-making skills that promote independence, dignity, self-determination, and active participation in decisions affecting their lives, in alignment with HCBS principles.
