Diversity & Inclusion provides a community-based adult day program with individualized behavioral support for adults with developmental disabilities, serving Regional Center participants in Chula Vista (Eastlake area). Through person-centered services, meaningful activities, and positive behavior strategies, we promote independence, personal growth, individual choice, and meaningful community inclusion.

At Diversity & Inclusion, our mission is to provide a safe, inclusive, community-based adult day program with individualized behavioral support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities served by the Regional Center in Chula Vista. Guided by HCBS principles and a person-centered, positive behavior support approach, we promote independence, choice, personal growth, and overall well-being.
Through individualized services, positive behavioral strategies, life skills development, and meaningful community integration, we support participants in achieving their goals, developing self-advocacy, increasing independence, and building positive skills—while fostering dignity, respect, and meaningful inclusion.
